Remember the last game between the Pack and Falcons? :D

To be honest, I think the 49ers, Packers, and Falcons will be fighting each other for first round byes. The Falcons have a top tier passing game, a running game that should be better (though Jackson is aging and could've lost a step). The only question is their defense.

Truth be told I will watch any nfl game, doesn't matter who is playing, I'm addicted.
Same here. I can watch any NFL or SEC football game, but when it comes to MLB I can only watch my Rays and Braves. Weird, I know.

My heart still hurts from that game. :depressed: Not being a homer, but I don't think Jackson will lose a step. He actually has a decent o-line now (as long as they don't regress) and Koetter plans to get him involved in the passing game. So imagine Julio Jones, Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez, and now Steven Jackson all out there to receive the ball. Defenses are going to go crazy. :D

And our defense will probably blow the first month or so but become average as the season goes on. We'll have to score alot of points to win.

The Packers and Falcons actually have similar offenses as far as talent goes. The Pack has Rodgers (best QB in the game, no bias added) at QB. For wide receivers we have Jordy Nelson, James Jones, and Randall Cobb. Nelson led the league in TD catches and yards/reception two seasons ago, and Jones led the league in TD catches this season. Cobb is and all around talent; he can catch, run, and return. Then we have Jermichael Finley at TE who was very good towards the end of last season, and he supposedly caught nearly every ball thrown his way in OTAs; if he can reach his potential this season, there's no stopping him. Then we have a lot of RBs who can play a role in the offense with Eddie Lacy, Jonathan Franklin, DuJuan Harris, James Starks, Alex Green, and John Kuhn. Our O-line is questionable, but we flipped it this offseason, and I expect it to improve from years past.

I think the Packers can be the top offense in the league if they get a solid ground game going. Same for the Falcons, but the one knock against them is Rodgers > Ryan. Not that Ryan is bad, he's one of the best in the league if you ask me.

I can see the Packers and Falcons facing off for the Super Bowl, barring any substantial injuries.

Question: Why do you have the Packers missing the playoffs?

I just feel like that division will be very good, and personally, I think the Packers have almost overperformed. And with their best WR leaving, almost no running game, and a ok defense, I just feel they won't hold up, even with the best QB in the game.

It will be a tough division, but then again it's been a tough division for a while, and the Packers have only lost once in it over the past two years.

I think they'll be even better than last season. The wide receivers are pretty much the same, IMO, since Jennings played very little last year. The running game should improve with the additions they've made. And despite popular belief, Green Bay ranked 11th in defense last season, and they've added more talent and are getting injured players back.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I think as long at Rodgers is healthy, the Packers are a threat for the Super Bowl.

You never know. Injuries could plague their division, and the pack could squeeze right into the lead

AFC North

4. Browns

AFC East

3. Bills
4. Jets

AFC South
1. Texans
2. Colts
3. Titans
4. Jaguars

AFC West
1. Broncos
2. Chiefs
3. Chargers
4. Raiders

NFC Playoffs
1. 49ers
2. Packers
3. Falcons
4. Cowboys
5. Seahawks
6. Vikings

AFC Playoffs
1. Broncos
2. Texans
3. Patriots
4. Bengals
5. Ravens
6. Chiefs

WC Round
Falcons beat Vikings, Seahawks beat Cowboys
Patriots beat Chiefs, Bengals beat Ravens

Divisional Round
49ers beat Seahawks, Packers beat Falcons
Broncos beat Bengals, Texans beat Patiots

Championship Round
49ers beat Packers
Broncos beat Texans

This is how I see it as of now, but like I said, it's too early to predict anything. And I don't like the 49ers hype, but they are the best team, IMO, right now.

I'll just take a stab at division winners because my playoff predictions are always obliterated.
AFC East- Dolphins (They have the pieces this year)
AFC North- Bengals (All those UGA boys will make this team tough :D)
AFC South- Texans (As long as they don't come crashing down like they did last year, Indy will be right on their heels)
AFC West- Broncos (Weak division + Peyton Manning= instant crown)

NFC East- Redskins (I don't think RGIII takes a step back, but he and Morris do enough to win the division)
NFC North- Packers (Chicago will be Chicago, Detroit will be better but not enough, and Minnesota still isn't there yet)
NFC South- Falcons (Not being a homer. I think TB or NO will be right behind us but we win)
NFC West- Seahawks (I like Wilson over Kap by miles. I think he carries the team)

Wow, Miami over New England! That's... Ambitious. Haha!:D

Remember that the winner of the offseason is not the winner of the post season. Look at the Eagles a couple years back. All those signings resulted in a rebuilding period.

It's been quiet at Giants camp since the Cruz deal. No word yet on Nicks but man, I hope a deal comes soon! On a different note, AT&T Stadium is the new name for Cowboys Stadium, which by the way, the Giants are undefeated there! :D
That's why I love my Giants, beating their biggest rival on their turf. Although the game last year was too close for me. I thought Bryant caught it but thank goodness for instant replay. I am too eagerly awaiting the 2013-2014 season and hope to see a third-championship in 7 years in their own Meadowlands this February. And I'm also waiting for a deal with Nicks, he's a big part of the team although he gets injures a lot.
