Keep your eye on Indy and watch for Tampa Bay to rebound this year. That being said, I will also make an early prediction and say the Colts and the Eagles in the Super Bowl. Philadelphia made some tremendous offseason moves which should put them over the top.

Remember, I'm the joker who picked the Tampa Bay Lightning to win it all in hockey this past season.

To tell you the truth, it is hard to look past the Titans in the AFC. If they are healthy, they can and will make a lot of noise.

How about T.O.'s Rat comments on Garcia's gender preference. Not real professional to hit a guy like that, especially 'the waste of paper' that Playboy is. Whoooaaaa, I used T.O. and Professional in the same sentence - there in lies the problem. I should have used T.O. and used in the same sentence. :hurl:

Sorry to the Eagles fans. They definitely have a talented guy in T.O., maybe the best in the league (I know he torched the Bengals last year in a LOSING effort) but as people go, he portays himself as a bit of a turd.

So, Predictions. . .In the AFC I like Kansas City, Indianapolis, Tennessee, New England, Baltimore, and Denver to make the play-offs, with Cincinnati and Miami just missing out. Of those teams, I pick Tennessee to make it to the Super Bowl.

In the NFC, I see Seattle, Green Bay, Philly, Tampa Bay, St. Louis, and Carolina with the Vikes and the Cowboys just missing out. Out of the NFC, I see Seattle making it to the BIG SHOW.

That being said, I like Tennessee to triumph over the Seahawks come January.

Seattle? Hey, I like it when people are bold enough to throw some new blood into the mix! Nice picks, and right now, you're just as right as the rest of us.

You just have to hope that the changes aren't THAT big. Dillon could be the key to an unthinkable (in the free agency years) dynasty or he could cause alot of problems. I can't remember any defending Super Bowl champions making such key additions. They might be too good for their own good

The Patriot's strength has always been their "TEAM" attitude. If they can continue with that philosophy, along with the new additions, I'll take my chances. :D

Roughly 69,000 people have already showed up for Patriots practice

Super Bowl:

I hate to say it...my predictions...

Tampa Bay - Oakland.

Oakland victorious.

I agree. I'm going to give him a chance and hope he's matured some, but the first time he pulls a Sharpie out of his sock, he'll have lost me even if he is wearing a green jersey.

Yes we will talk up our Eagles. We were excited when the Eagles picked up Kearse then Big Andy dropped the big one and got us that go to receiver we Eagles fans have been screaming for for years. Eagle fans are flocking up to training camp in record numbers. Pressure is definitely on this year. No more excuses, all the pieces are there. Anything less than the Super Bowl is a disaster. We love our Birds and have been so close a few years now. Every non Philly sports network will say how critical we are and make comments on our boo-bird reputation, but believe me, if you live'd in this area you'd understand.

Right now it looks like it might come down to the Eagles and Seahawks in the NFC. Not sure about the AFC yet. But you have to give the nod to the Patriots until somebody can knock 'em off.

E-A-G-L-E-S.....EAGLES

AGREED!!!!!!!!!! We've got all the pieces in place! It's our turn! (FINALLY!) We just need to stay healthy! And look who is the #1 Eagles fan!

I always thought that was funny!!!!!!!!!! I loved the pom-pom thing too! And usually I don't like players that aren't on the Eagles, but I liked him anyway! I don't think what he said in the magazine was right, but as far as the sharpie and all.........that doesn't bother me! It's just funny!

T.O. won't be playing this season...they can't seem to find a helmet big enough for him.

I don't really like him that much either, but he can play. Sort of like Winslow. I hope the guy turns out to be the biggest bust of this draft, but I know he is talented. All I know is he made is famous soldier comments after Miami's long home game winning streak was snapped.......by the Tennessee Volunteers :sohappy: Nobody ever mentions that there was actually a great game being played that day. Everyone just remembers his post game comments. Oh well.

Ricky Williams... basically said F you to every fan of football. He decides to "retire" AFTER the good TBs were taken? Thanks for nothing AHOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The least he can do is return the 8 million he made as a Dolphin, so they can use it to (re)sign some players!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a headcase!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a manager for the football and basketball team at UT-Chattanooga during Terrell's playing days. He was a nice guy but he did have the ego. I remember him getting into a fight with another basketball player over a t-shirt at the Southern Conference tournament. Talk about rediculous.

Giants Prediction: 9-7

That might be pretty accurate....and that will still probably put them dead last in the division. Man it is brutal. I know how it feels that is exactly how the AFC East was until Ricky Williams retired. The past two years the AFC East was probably the toughest division top to bottom. Now it has to be the NFC East.

My predicition for the Giants would be 8-8. If Warner gets close to his old form though, watch out. Manning will not be able to get the Giants to the playoffs this year, Warner COULD. But it all depends on if the Giants want to try and go for it this year, or starting rebuilding right now.

Well I certainly hope the Bills can improve. We've got the most underrated player in the league, IMO with Travis Henry and now we have another wide reciever in Lee Evans who should help Drew Bledsoe out. That paired with a top 5 defense SHOULD equal playoffs for this year. A 9 or 10 win season could be in the cards.

Agreed. Henry is a great player, and from what I've read, Willis McGahee is doing spectacular at training camp, so he should be great as well. I'm still interested to see if Henry loses his starting job though. I also think Josh Reed should have a great season.

We picked up a great CB in Troy Vincent from the Eagles, and if Drew Bledsoe can get things done right, we might just get into the playoffs this year. :)

Goodness two of the biggest Alien Encounter fans in the world are also Bills fans! How about that? I believe you like the Heat though (Of course I'm a Magic guy all the way) and I have no idea what college team is your favorite. But man we are still really close there

My prediction for Henry would be the only way he would lose his starting job is if he got injured. I honestly do not believe Willis could beat him out head to head. And Willis is a great player. I remember reading where they might be putting Willis in at Tight End, Wide Reciever, and Running Back. He could be a jack of all trades for us until we trade him ;) Needless to say I'm a big Henry fan and not just because he went to Tennessee. He played half of the season last year with a very serious rib injury. And we had nothing to play for. I want that type of player on my team.

Well, I never liked the Heat until they got Shaq. I always have been a devoted Lakers fan, but I did use to like the Magic until they tossed McGrady.

And my favorite college team is UCLA.
