The official site had the TOT pin up right after the 20K was released. Any official word on the next one, maybe a pic? Thanks!

4 days till WDW.

Got my two Tower of Terror pins in the mail today.

Hoping the next one comes out while we're there in March.

This may sound like a joke but it is real. The next one will be MuppetVision 3*D it will have a pic of Kermet on it and have a piece of the glasses. We saw the mock up here at DL right after our Chip & Dale event.

As in a piece of the 3D glasses from the show?

Doesn't really matter 'cause sucker me will buy a couple anyway.

A piece of the glasses?! That doesn't sound very special.. but... I have the 20K and the ToT one... so... I can't stop now!

Is there a place to order these online, or would e-bay be the only place?

I've been looking at these for a while, and they look like something I will end up buying. Also, are these limited editions, and if so, how many?

Thanks

Better cut up a Toad car for the pins before all the cars are e-bayed away! I guess they could cut up and sell the Mr. Toad statue that falls over at you, or one of the many cutouts of policemen, farm animals or weasels!

This is insanity!

Elevator cable was special?

Much better would have been the old restraints they did away with - at least they, like the 20K portholes, represent something one would have potentially touched during one's ride experience, I think.

But I agree - 3D glasses material seems . . . uninspired.

They are limited editions of 2500 and are not available for purchase on line. So unless you have friends in the Orlando area, Ebay is the way to go. Resist the first flurry of bids that have been going in the high teens to low 20's, the first two which had the most attention eventually settled down below $15 (sticker price is 12.50).

Thanks for the update Jerm. I had been checking my various references even yesterday and had not gotten that update yet.

Thanks for the info!

I will be there in early June, so I may be able to buy my own for that month. Were can these be purchased, and how quickly do they sell-out? I know there was a link to an official site of these pins. Could someone post that again please?

Thanks again.

Any guesses as to what other attractions these pins are going to be based on? We know the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse and the Maelstrom. I'm hoping for the Haunted Mansion :D .

Anybody know anything?

EDIT: Yes, what he said. Grr...I need to read the last couple of posts before I say something.
When we were first told this idea did they give more examples of the attractions they would be doing? What can we expect for the next couple of pins? Anyone know?

I just went to the website: http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/events?id=disneyworld
and the specific area is not accessable. The following information was just posted regarding pin #3, so I imagine they are updating the other information.

As yensidtlaw1969 stated from the original description Maelstrom and Swiss Family have been specifically mentioned. Based on other events like this, occasionally a few months will be identified, but usually you won't know more than a month in advance.

Take a piece of Disney History home with this Limited Edition pin. This pin contains instructions on how to operate your 3-D glasses and features Kermit the Frog leaning on a pair of 3-D glasses. The pin contains an actual piece of the frames from the 3-D glasses used at the Muppet Vision 3-D attraction which opened on May 16, 1991, and is located in The Backlot at Disney-MGM Studios.

This is the third pin in this Piece of Disney History collection.

If anyone is looking for the ToT pins, I did pick up two extras, for just such a reason. PM me if you are interested and I am willing to send one each to the first two that are interested, but only if you don't already have one.
