In fact, what Americans quaintly refer to as "Canadian Bacon" is referred to here as either "Back Bacon" or "Pea-meal Bacon". Where ham comes from the leg of the pig, back bacon comes from the back and standard breakfast bacon comes from the belly {in the US only bacon from the belly can be called "Bacon" - any other cut has to have some qualifier added ['smoked pork loin bacon, back bacon, etc...]}

Gee, I didn't know that and I'm from Canada, must be b/c I'm from the rock!:animwink: (small Newfie joke):lol:
