News New Villains Show Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Summer 2025

Deep in the shadows of Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, something delightfully wicked is about to take the stage. It’s an all-new live production starring your favorite Disney Villains – debuting summer 2025!

The creative minds at Disney Live Entertainment will transform Sunset Showcase into the mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror. The show will feature appearances by dozens of the most infamous evildoers, with fiendish foes Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook and Maleficent each breaking through the glass to take the stage in live production numbers.

Before these villainous fiends take the spotlight at Sunset Showcase, guests should speed on over for another lap around the track at Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy before October 7.

This is one of the additional entertainment offerings I had alluded to accompanying the new night parade for Magic Kingdom next summer. I know of one more. This one actually sounds pretty cool for that space.

Curious what this means for the fate of RNR? Villain adjacent re-theme? or just a random villain show next to an Aerosmith ride? lol not that a cars show next to RNR makes any more sense. But seems odd placement without a retheme of it's neighboring attraction.

This is cool! Should be a fun show! Hope that cool mqueen animatronic isn’t destroyed. Though I did think a new live show would go in beauty and the beast’s theater. Cool to see a new one anyway. Live/theatre shows are honestly the soul of DHS tbh.

Before it was Cars it was Club Villain & Club Disney. The building was built as a “black box” easy to retheme. It has no baring on RnRc

I had to find my old login just to come here and be sad about this one. I know nobody will really miss it, but my kids love the current attraction with Lightning McQueen. Hope the new show is good!
