New Vehicles on UOE?

So I went on Ellen's Energy Adventure today and was surprised to see that one of the cars out of the six was a different color scheme than the rest. It was a light blue color with lots of dark blue trim, versus the grayish/maroon/whatever color of the rest of the cars. Are they redecorating for some reason? Or is this just a car from the really old days that hasn't been out in a while and I've never seen? Just curious, seems strange if it is new though as it seems like UOE gets hardly any love.

I'd be shocked if it was new...but if they had plans for it, maybe they're phasing new ones in? It seems so unlikely though.

From what I know, there were 13 cars built. 2x6 and one spare, which has been cannibalised since 1982 for parts.

I dare say it's a paint job.
