They never have enough people to fill them and the lines build.

They made the announcement, Dockside ressies will move to Surfside if they wish or they can cancel. It will open later in the season.

Universal's Endless Summer Resort this morning before sunrise.
Sign recently added above the Porte Cochère at Universal's Surfside Inn.
Large sign recently added over Porte Cochère at Universal's Surfside Inn. It's pretty well hidden by trees from the street.
A heart faces I-Drive. Formed by room lighting in Universal's Surfside Inn.
A heart faces I-4 and Universal Blvd. Formed by room lighting in Universal's Aventura Hotel.
Sign along I-Drive near Universal's Dockside Inn references Secret Life of Pets. The Pink Powderpuff tree identified on the sign is very young (at arrow).

A sign along I-Drive near Universal's Dockside Inn. A reference to E.T. The Extraterrestrial. However, there isn't a Philodendron 'Moonlight' anywhere. Could be a late arrival. Example of the missing plant: https://monrovia.com/plant-catalog/plants/3850/moon-light-philodendron/

Dockside is by far the nicest value resort in the Orlando theme park market. It will be quite popular.
