At least the third looks nothing like MGMs or DCAs. I kinda like its look. Anyone know if they are going to be the Hollywood Tower Hotel again (Paris or Tokyo)??

The one in Paris will be a direct clone, theme and all, of DCA's.
At least that was the last plan I heard.

Tokyo's has to be a New York Hotel since the American Waterfront is desgined after New York Harbor. Or at least that is what I think. So, it will definitely not be Hollywood.

Tokyo's is the Tower Hotel, and it won't have any Twilight Zone story. The reason for building the direct clone in Paris is so that they can build it as quickly as possible to help a rather unpopular Walt Disney Studios. Regardless of whether or not I want to see a direct clone of the DCA version with a few superficial changes (slightly different look to the outside, but nothing big), I can understand the reasoning. That theme park needs help...and quick!

It's going to have the 3 shafts as in DCA... But Tokyo will have better and the greatest theming of them all, in the style the japanese are used to, the Imagineers were told to spare no expense, since this item is also being paid for, by the Oriental Land Company.

And indeed Paris will have an "Almost Direct Lift" from DCA...

So WDW's will the only unique one with the mid ride Shaft change?
(Maby it is a good thing for WDW... keeps people comming)

Why make it a direct lift and not change some of it in Paris... Did Twilight Zone ever air in paris/eurpoe? I know thats why tokyo has a different story line, same idea though...

I just told you why Paris is getting a clone lol...it is both frugal and faster to build. Paris will get The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror...Tokyo is getting just the Tower of Terror.

Will it be in their language? Or English because its a title of a ride?

I'm not sure exactly how they will work the ride...it would be really strange if all of the dialogue were bilingual...it may have to be completely French...

In terms of ride title, The Twilight Zone has to be in English...it's it's their prerogative whether or not Tower of Terror is English or French. Either way, it's not going to make me pay to fly there when I can go to the Disneyland Resort and ride it now in English...and see a better Resort.

"Their Language" meaning Japanese? The sign will probalby be in both. Beleive it or not the Japanese have a better education system, and most Japanese people are literate in both their native tounge and English.

while ride names may be in either language, I could not see the ride dialogue in Japan being in English...and certainly not English and Japanese...

Anybody else getting a little worried about the clear pattern emerging here? Whenever the Disney Co. builds a ride its usually a direct clone, if not cheaper version of an existing ride. Whenever the Oriental Land Co does a ride, clone or not, they spare no expense and make it amazing. This is one of the reasons the Paris park is doing so poorly and DisneySeas is doing so well. The same is true of DCA. And from the looks of things, ToT has not helped that park as much as was hoped. I think the same thing will happen in Paris. Meanwhile, the Japanese version as usual looks to be amazing and the best of all. So for all who think that the Disney magic is dead, it's not, it's just moved to Japan.

No matter what anyone says. I still think that The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror looks the best at the Disney-MGM Studios. The other ones do not look as scary. Just my thoughts.

Lenny, I concur. Plus I have no idea how Tokyo's will capture the essence of WDW's version sans lateral movement. Granted, DCA did a respectable job, but it will never be WDW's tower. We'll see I suppose.
