Is there an example you can point me to of a "Kellie" vs "Sandi" voice. Someone mentioned Sandi once being the voice of Epcot. So is she the one who does the RoE announcements and NYE countdown, etc.?

As for TC, yeah, like I said, I'm keeping an open mind. As long as it works with the attraction changes, fine.

And yeah, Patrick Stewart as a narrator?!?! That would be sweet!! The DVC newsletter did mention that SSE was getting a new narrator. Some of it we already knew but some was new to me anyway.

"Plans call for enhancements to each of the ride scenes, as well as the addition of new scenes, lighting effects, costumes, set decoration, narration, and music. The 'time machine' vehicles are also getting an overhaul, adding new onboard touch screens that will let Guests create their own visions of the future and see themselves in that vision...Phased renovations are scheduled to continue throughout 2007, with the entire Spaceship Earth makeover slated for completion in Spring 2008."

I wonder the same thing too. I love Spaceship Earth!

As far as I know, Sandi only recorded the Christmas tag and did a few specials there. She is certainly not the person who originally sang "Tomorrow's Child"! :dazzle:

Never said she was. But, she does have a recording of I:ROE that is available. Unfortunately, I've only heard it online on some casts. She is a wonderfully talented singer. I just like Kellie's version personally for I:ROE.

I love the original TC. It's a good lyrics part, and the instrumental is second only to I:ROE in Epcot's music history IMHO. Having that return would be pretty cool.

Tomorrow's Child or just the music that we have now ? On a cd? If it is please pm me.

I take that back, it's on the 1991 album - that I bought in 1993. Apparently they weren't quick to update the albums back then. Thought I find that interesting as I thought Splash Mountain opened in 1992...

Anyway, it appears this was a re-release of the 1988 album mentioned earlier. I get this isn't the greatest resource for information but here's a Wikipedia page on the album...

They're selling a 5-CD park music boxed CD set right now that includes the Epcot Millenium/Tapestry music CD.

They still aren't in any hurry to update things.

That would be pretty cool if they bring back "Tomorrow's Child" especially if the lady who sang "We Go On" does the vocals.

*keeps fingers crosses* :D

Oh, and I totally need to check my HCoE CD and look for that track!

Sandi never was featured in Reflections of Earth, however she was used in Holiday IllumiNations as well as several shows in the Magic Kingdom Park. Most recently Sandi provided the vocals for Believe There's Magic In The Stars at Disneyland.

Ooooh, THAT'S Sandi?? I loved the Believe vocals!! I watched the YouTube clip but couldn't get a good feel - now that you mention Believe, that helps a lot!! I watched the NYE 2005 show at Epcot and it was Walter Cronkite with a chorus of singers, no individual voice stood out.

Hmmm... tough choice between the two. I also love "We Go On". Epcot hasn't closed until I've heard that song.
