You Sir, are the master of new and relevant information regarding WDW. Thank you for the photo. It's the reason I started reading this forum and eventually joined.

Yes, it's fun watching this. The F&W structures do get better every year too.

I just can't wait to see the railings activated at night. :dazzle:

It's good clutter. It is very much in keeping with a temporary festival you might find anywhere. They do a great job. If they were permanent however, that would be bad.

About the LEDS, it will be interesting to see if they tie into the fountain show. And if they will be on all the time also.

I think that is a much better location for it...judging by the average (well, at least average American) guest walking toward the right side of the street, having to cross over to check the tip board didn't seem to as correct...at least to me

I am not sure if this is a tip board.

I would say merch stand, because it looks like those sections are pretty deep, a couple of feet at least... and it appears those are rolling shutters on there.

That was why I cunningly put a question mark in the title LOL. I'm not sure either. It just seems strange to be laid out in a very tip board way, and I do always feel the current tip board is a bit cramped. But you are right, the depth is strange, and it has roller shuttters, which suggest something behind there. So the jury is out on this one till it opens up. Either way, it looks nice LOL
