just thought id let you all know that as of yesterday or last night there is now fog in the phnetions(sp) scene on sse in case you dont know its the scene where the ship is sailing right before the greek theator.
the new mist is accompanyed by a ocean sound effect. so now once again the ship has an ocean to sail in
the fog had been missing ever scence the intrusion system was installed because it keep setting it off due to the fog crossing the photo beams path.
but now this is no longer a problem because now the fog is contained by a small wall lower than the photobeams in that area!!!
(thought you all might be glad to here this)

Very good. I'm really hoping at some point they will send the ride down to a complete refurb to permanently fix all of the broken effects.

I'm just glad to know that SSE is getting the much needed love it deserves. When we were down last year my finacee couldn't understand why I had gone on and on about the ride. Hopefully, she'll understand a bit more after we get down there nexy weekend!

Not only are lightbulbs a necessity, but they are also in the process of cycling out old GE lightbulbs and replacing them with ones from Siemens.

How many CM's does it take to change a light bulb?

Three. One to notice the light is out, one to get the new bulb, and one to comp every guest complaining about the inconvenience of having to endure the burned out bulb.

Well now ...

Seven.

One CM to notice it and tell their coordinator.
One coordinator to enter the data into the automated maintenance dispatching system.
One manager to print the data and keep track of it.
One maintenance manager to make sure it gets done and maintenance isin't sleeping.
One maintenance CM to make sure the light bulb is there and to redeploy the problem for night maintenance.
One guest relations CM to comp everyone who complained.
One night maintenance CM to install it after hours once the park is closed.

there has been some really great improvements to the exsting ride\show over the past year

Really? Last time I checked the track has a bump in it about every 10 feet or so, the seats are uncomfortable and the audio seams so come and go as it pleases. It's still a favorite attraction of mine but what are these improvements you speak of?
