New shots over the walls (August 19th)

Lee, so how do we get to keep the Casey Jr. food stands if Dumbo is going out by the Teacups? In the blueprints he was on a short spur line in the back of FLE east. Are they planning on extending the fake spur line further out toward Dumbo?

I know nothing  but how about something tied into Alice in the "All in the Golden Afternoon" scene and they could keep the oversized forest from Pixie Hollow and SAVE MONEY

I was thinking it would possibly end up between Barnstormer and Double Dumbo. Run it right behind Barnstormer and then curve it between the two.

Samuele I've gotta ask... what acts of stealth did you employ to capture those photos?? Quite a few of them have got some interesting angles and heights! I'm especially curious about those of the iasw refurb. Looks like you got fairly close to the FL Skyway station...

If anyone can hint at whether what is going in north FLE East is completely new or a franchise already represented I would be much obliged.
I'm not 100%, since I'm trying to piece together info from a couple different sources.
But what I'm currently hearing would mean it's based on a franchise/theme already in represented.
I'm with juan. I don't like it all that much.

Just because Dumbo moves south, doesn't mean Casey has to.
(Again, not 100%.)

No. No room there.

I see. Might as well say what I was thinking. I thought it would be a PatF area, specifically the bayou with a PatF dark ride and a slimmed down PH to accompany. Stinks that it doesn't seem to be well received (at least by you two).

Ahh, yea I guess that would be the sensible thing, just leave it where it was going before. Ha.

Gotcha.

Can't wait to see what you can piece together this week... maybe. :)

Hmmm, Casey Jr NOT in Dumbo's Circus area??? That's interesting...

Lee, I know you aren't 100% but, Casey Jr could be located where we see the tracks on the blue prints? So, should we assume it would fit with the franchise that is possibly going into that area??

Hunchback isn't in MK already is he??? Festival of Fools would make sense theme-wise and probably wouldn't be too well received..

Juan said that there would be no Living Characters in the new addition. If it's not a ride are we talking something along the lines of a walkthrough attraction?

I know we are all thinking it, I'll say it...

Lee, please don;t say this area will wind up a Pooh play area or another play area designed after a franchise already in MK... PLEASE!!!!!

Not true.
As I've said, I'm not quite 100% on this, but look at the attached diagram.
See how much room is given to Dumbo and his circus theme?
Very possible that although some things have moved around, Dumbo/circus will still occupy at least that much land.
So, even though Dumbo has moved south, Casey can stay up north and still be within the Dumbo boundary.
(And ignore the Pixie Hollow part, obviously...)

One thing I really liked with the original plans was the sense of place and detail in the surrounding areas and buildings that seemed to be planned. From our insiders, given what you know or seen, do you feel that the planned changes still have that same sense of place and cohesive theme (i.e. a fantasy forest with themed buildings, trees, walkways, rivers, etc.) or does it feel a bit more jumbled/disconnected? Specifically talking about FLE west here. Thank you in advance if you can provide any insight.
