Lady Tremaine and the step-sisters tend to just have M&G in random low-to-mid traffic area. In the past they were around the side of the Castle near the Cinderella fountain.

They are normal to Central Florida, they are lightening rods.

Furthermore, they are all over the parks if you look carefully for them. They are everywhere.
