New Retro Epcot pins coming later this year

Take a peek at the "What's HapPINing" page on Disney's official pin trading site (www.odpt.com). There you can check out the gorgeous artwork being created for a brand new series of pins that pay homage to the classic Epcot attractions (so far JII and Horizons are shown). These are part of the 25th anniversary which doesn't officially end until October 1, 2008 (when we celebrate Horizons' 25th!).

This series looks amazing so far, and going along with that, on May 15, they are releasing an amazing Figment monorail pin as part of the Pin of the Month series: http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/pin?id=32630

Glad to see that more retro merchandise is being released!

Anyway...I digress...very cool love the retro ones I just hope there not the oversize ones because there so expensive for a pin that I can't even fit on my landyard lol

The Figment Monorail decal looks too darn cool! It'd be great if they could do that for the real monorail to Epcot.

Definitely some amazing stuff coming out. I really like some of the new Tower of Terror pins as well.

By the way, thinking of Epcot retro, have there been any new retro shirts since the 25th anniversary? I've got that one, the yellow Epcot Center, Epcot Center repeating rainbow logo, and the Epcot Center multi-colored flower logo on the white shirt with red sleeves. Thanks!

Thats great news...I heard a while back that there is a retro monorail one that says the spanish saying as the doors close. I go in feb. all have to see if they have it...have you heard of it if so let me know!

Wow those pins are really cool! I am such a nerd for Epcot stuff, especially if it's retro. I was happy to get my 25th anniversary pin while I was down there last month.

Thanks for this news. The price of the monorail pin makes me glad that I never caught pin fever (although I did buy an Epcot 25 pin last Oct 1).

If Disney can do a giant, yellow sub monorail for DL, then I think that would be rather doable.
