We were recently in Disney staying at POR and while leaving our resort and heading to MK we saw some construction. Are they building a new resort? Can anyone fill us in? They seemed to be doing quite a bit of work on it while we were there.

If you went north, toward the MK, that's the new 4-Seasons Resort (the name escapes me). There are threads about it. Someone more in tune will reply with a useful answer now...

The link Yankspy provided is not the correct development. Flamingo Crossings is on the west side of the property, off of Western Way.
The Four Seasons is off of Vista Blvd to the east of Fort Wilderness, on property that used to be part of the Eagle Pines/Osprey Ridge golf courses.

All I know is when we would leave POR we would turn right. At the end of the road (not that far) there is this developement going on. We'd turn left to go to MK or right to head towards DTD area. We were just driving around one day as our son slept and never realized we were so close to MK and found another way off property to restaurants, Walgreens and DTD.
