New nightly projection show called Disney Movie Magic starting tonight at DHS at 9pm before Star Wars fireworks at 9:30. They have made announcements throughout the park about it starting tonight!

Same time as Fantasmic, interesting move. Is this about trying to avoid adding a second F! this summer?
It's tough as we usually spend two half days at DHS, one morning and one evening. While I'd like to see all of the nighttime offerings, I still can't justify adding another night there. We need attractions, not just shows and fireworks.

Amazing! Even without fireworks, I luv it more than the star wars show! It fits the theme of "Hollywood Studios!"

The live stream I saw on FB was horrible. Fuzzy, jittery, and lots of buffering. Despite all of that, I liked it. It reminded me of the old GMR movie montage.

Just watch the live stream of it, pretty cool little show. I really liked the Tron segment.

I think I head The Black Hole soundtrack in the pre-show music. Now that's really reaching into an obscure part of the Disney catalog.

Tron. That's the segment I couldn't figure out.
I was watching on my phone; that segment was frozen for a solid 10 seconds; and I've never seen the movie - so that's three strikes. No wonder I couldn't figure it out.

It was amazing!, I would had LOVED to see this in person next week(but sadly, won't have time, due to a dinner reservation)! love the mix of old and new live action movie faves(like Beauty and the Beast, the Oscar winning Jungle Book, Guardians of the Galaxy Vols 1 & 2, Roger Rabbit, Pirates, Nightmare Before X-Mas, and of course, Mary Poppins!)

EXACTLY! This looks like DHS' CTM/OUAT. i still love SW AGS, it's been looking good lately on YT. If this was really made by HEA'S Team, they should of done Pyro like CTM/OUAT.

Keyword "projection show" I don't really like where the firework launch pads are right now so I rather have it without fireworks until they move it to the center. Hopefully when tsl and swl are done they will move it back.
