It seems for new DVC hotels do they have excellent ppl because I expect a new DVC to fall apart lighting problems when literally over at Epcot things aren't good.

It's a way of saying if these new DVC properties being built so fast are taken well care of vs anything that's done in the parks these days with this now running management.
I’ve observed nothing of the sort while at Epcot today.

The water curtain drain (I think?) undergoing maintenance for two days is apparently evidence of shoddy construction.

I understand what non functioning means, and those lights at Epcot stopped functioning as intended in one day.
They've yet to be fixed.

It doesn't matter the pace actually.. DVC's bring in $ they'll built them in time meanwhile at the parks it's the cost prices of entry and merchandise, etc.

.. not claiming that this construction of this DVC Polynesian Tower is going too fast. Neither my post was deeply serious for answer or asking questions so not it doesn't. Is it coming along faster than a clone attraction of Tron over 5 years yeah.

I don't think they are building the "Polyday Inn" too fast. I think they are building this at a normal pace and not the snail's pace they do when they are building/updating attractions.
