Old one showed again. This one was first shown at D23 in August with the Summer 2025 opening announcement

I sure hope there are moving (at least talking) skeletons, wind storms, Kraken tentacles and/or heavy fog effects...

The kraken would be a popular favorite among asian tourists but I doubt disney would go that far.

The length of the space is almost the length of the former Piartes Gift shop you exited into, but with that said, judging by construction and the new concept art, it seems like part of the bar will be built into the gift shop.
