I feel like a fairly similar effect should be achievable by only using the side lights and switching off the main beacon, yeah? I do feel like it should have a nice, subtle resting state, even if it pulses back and forth a bit with the beacons being on.So the lights can definitely do some cool stuff and I understand why people love them -- I wish they'd occasionally turn them off and use the old lighting, though. There was something about the way it looked with the old lighting that was magical in a way this isn't for me; this looks more like a big LED globe.

Seriously. I don't want to ride WDW's monorails anymore, lest I get stuck on the next major breakdown.They need new monorails, not LED lights underneath the trains.
Still not a fan of making LED lighting the focus of SSE after dark, but what do I know.
