I thought it was pretty good, but nothing special. It had some funny moments, but it was too short and had a few cheesy moments. Not bad though.
I agree with Imagineer Boy. The special was good, but not great. Definately in a whole other league than the Studio DC specials!
LOVED the classic Muppet humor and brief lines and appearences by lesser known characters. The music was a low point though. Not one of Paul William's best works.

I watched it at the gym..and had the 2 guys next to me on the arc watching with me..haha..

I thought it was a very good special. A whole of heart and I thought the songs were good too.

I enjoyed it. There were a few "blah" moments, but overall much better than Muppet Wizard of Oz.
I always figured that something like that was going on in the back room of the post office...monsters and all.

^^^No worries. NBC has no plans to air the special again this holiday season, but has posted a video of the special on their website.

I know Im a bit late on this but I thought it was good, not great. It was a LOT better than the last x-mas special they did, thats for sure. I thought the songs could have been a lot better, that was the weakest part of the special. It seemed like everything they did with the muppets was just going from bad to worse. So Im glad to see this was at least a better effort.
