New Mickey and Minnie heads - how we feeling?

The new heads will appear for the Walt Disney World Christmas Parade after seeing photos of the taping.

On the MVMCP page on disneyworld.com, the new and old heads appear. I don't get how they use the old head still in promotional photos. I get that it hasn't rolled out yet, but they can choose one for promotional photos.

I love Mickey looks alot more energetic and animated when the new heads were added along with Minnie for the return of Paint The Night on November 18th.

It's only a matter of time until the new heads arrive for Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights (Possibly in 2017)

Well they weren't really added to PTN. Disneyland did a full resortwide rollout of them. WDW has not yet.

I know they weren't really added but ever since Disneyland did a full rollout of the heads it gives new life to the two. Which is also why I'm looking forward to the return of Fantasmic at Disneyland next summer.

It still blows my mind seeing their mouths move. I just can't get over it. It's such a seemingly simple change yet it does so much to make them seem real. I realize it has been that way for years now, but still... Every time I see that I get instantly transported back to my foggy memories of being in Disney World when I was so young I believed the characters were real.

For us old schoolers of the 80's Welcome to Pooh Corner and Dumbo Circus were the mind blowers of Costume puppetry...

Did anyone noticed that the finale song is a Muppet Related song. From Muppets Christmas Carol

For us old schoolers of the 80's Welcome to Pooh Corner and Dumbo Circus were the mind blowers of Costume puppetry...

Who ever voiced Pooh for Pooh Corner did a great job. I thought that was Jim Cummings until I remember he didn't start voicing Pooh until the late 80's.

I think that might finally happen in 2017 at WDW but I'm just speculating.

Really do like the new faces. I do think Minnie could have still had some lipstick, doesn't need the eye shadow or whatever that blue crap was. But I like them.

or could be these images are old and used "vault" stored pieces of the old heads and not the new ones?
other alternative is.. they were multishooting (aka different locations, different heads)

WDW will get them around the beginning of the year. They do of course already have them in the royal friendship Faire but as for meet and greets and such they will come later.

So, any update on this? From what I've seen, the new heads still haven't fully come online at WDW yet.
