I truly appreciate all the hard work and trouble that Steve does to bring us this great site. That is why I pay my $5/mo... not a badge next to my name.
I would like to see more join the PML since that will add more funds to keep this site running. Then, you can see that we're just like you, well, most of you... I think some on this thread would be very disappointed with a tour of the PML. There's no elitism going down and if there was, it would take much more than $5 to become part of the club.

There's a lot in the PML that is a JOKE. It's always been a joke. Join up and see! We're not really elitists! We're not really jerks! There are a couple of reasons I support the site and none of them have to do with a feeling of superiority. My reasons are 1) I like coming to this site and discussing things with the people in it, so if a small contribution on my part can make sure that doesn't go away, then I'm all for it. 2) I like the tribute videos that get posted here and if I'm going to add to the cost of running this place by downloading those vids, then it's the least I can do to help defray those costs. 3) If I decide to load some pics into an album here, I want to have the space to do it. Heck, I've only gone to the PML area a couple of times myself. I sometimes forget that it's there since I became a "Premium Member" after being here for a few months, so I was used to it not being on the list of forums. If this makes me an elitist or someone that thinks they are superior, then so be it. But I really can't see how it would.
Oh, and thanks Steve for having this site. I really do enjoy it here and am willing to help out how I can.

I definately give Steve a lot of credit for beinig the "father" of a sometimes rather dysfunctional Disney family. We sometimes bicker and fight, we have to deal with the occasional temper tantrum (trolls) and telemarketers (spam trolls, like last night). But, if things get really tough, the calm voice of reason/resounding voice of God rains down upon us, and usually puts an end to it all. Thanks Steve, for all you've done in making this forum family possible. And, when I get a spare $5 (hey, I'm a poor college student!) I'll join up too.

After using a bad word on the forums I gave Wilt Disnay some bad feedback. My kids sometimes read this forum! He then gave me bad feedback and leaves a message saying "premuim members can see who leaves them feedback" I didn't care if he knew who I was. He was wrong! Members like Wilt continue to make the original point of this thread. He couldn't just say sorry. Nope, He had to send me bad feedback back. Nice Guy.
