If there is a 50% chance of a fiery death during a ride on these, it’s still preferable to bus transportation to/from Saratoga Springs.
Personally, I've never had much issue with buses to and from Saratgoa.


That is until it's 10pm, the bus is full, and the driver decides to pull a stunt out of Initial D as we go around the Grandstand roundabout and everyone falls over each other. That was a good time.

@LiftBlog -- what are the white pulleys on the top crossbar of the towers? I don't see them on videos of other Doppelmayr installations. Could they be part of a lightning protection system? After installation, there's a cable attached that looks similar to the cables on rooftop lightning protection systems.

So you are saying that you have, indeed, had an issue with buses to and from Saratoga? :confused:

If there is narration during the trips, any guesses as to who will be doing it? Is it still going to be Tom Kane as heard on the monorail and busses? Or are they going to hire someone else to do it or bring back one of the previous monorail narrators like Joe Hursh (his voice is the best IMO)?
