Pretty sure it’s true. They wouldn’t have built them if it wasn’t true. Thanks for posting this!
Interesting the CM mentioned a nice breeze inside the gondola while riding. If true, this would debunk people's concern about them being too hot.

That's the way I see it too.Pretty sure it’s true. They wouldn’t have built them if it wasn’t true.
I wonder who pays the salary of the CM?Thanks for posting this!

Interesting to read that there is an emergency call button which is something we have speculated about. Our first on-board image courtesy of Passport to the Parks plus a review!!!!!!
I am riding next week too. I promised my husband that there won't be any Alligators attacks. *crossing fingers*The breeze is also what I heard in July after the Bobs rode. I'm riding next week, so today I'll be working on my will

The CM said that was for a ROUND TRIP.That CM mentions that the ride from Caribbean to Epcot was 30 minutes, does that not seem fairly long? Maybe I need to look at the map again?
“The ride from Caribbean to Epcot is 30 min. round trip, so this should definitely help and take some pressure off the buses. I was really hesitant when I first saw this, but I think it’s really great.”

Well, they did say that they had to get off and walk around the station at IG, so that certainly would be included. That's not too far off from our initial predictions of about 5-7 minutes per leg. I wonder if this includes load times...
My wife and I rode the gondola lift up Mount Mansfield in Vermont just yesterday, a system I have ridden numerous times in the past. We took our two dogs and one year old baby with us. The 5 of us loaded without problems. The ride went smoothly, with good air flow and very little noise (it is, of course, considerably cooler up here than in Florida). We exited the gondolas without problems. The ride down was the exact same experience.Given that similar systems exist worldwide so there is actual real world experience, along with science about airflow, I doubt that this video will do anything to debunk what have long been identified as irrational fears.
Look at their hair blowing in the airflow
It’ll fan the flames. But wait, people have viewed this thread 3M times only to be convinced guests will literally be bursting into flames while falling into a gator's mouth.
In all seriousness, I can't wait for this to open, those new views are spectacular.

This lines up with Disney's official estimate of a 15-minute travel time.
Do we think this is going to load faster than Peter Pan's Flight? lolThere must be at least two minutes in each turn station and a three minute walk around to get back on for it to be that long (presuming no lines)....
