New Firework show for Disney/MGM Studios?

I would suggest that while FANTASMIC is still performing, there isn't a need for another firework show at MGM

I would like to keep Fantasmic! running, but also add another fireworks show, but I dont think it will happen.

There are times of the year when they only have one Fantasmic show. I would like to see a permanent fireworks show for those who couldnt get into Fantasmic or would rather forgo the 2 hour wait in order to get a seat.

I just hope if it is an reoccuring show it looks like the one I saw Saturday night.

On the Disney website it shows the Sorcery in the Sky is scheduled for July 4th @ 9:00 PM

When I asked a CM for Sorcery in the Sky last month, she said there had never ever been any other firework show than fantasmic :lookaroun

Just to reconfirm, the test was for the Press Event show and the Press Event only. There are no plans to add a nightly fireworks show.

It's a nice idea to ahve a new fireworks show. I always injoyed Sorcery and felt that Fantasmic's fireworks did not fit the bill. It isn't a fireworks show, it's a whole different thing.

Unfortunately for me, I do not enjoy Fantasmic at all, but I have at least two other parks for great fireworks. So it is okay.

I doubt MGM would get a regular show again until there was some major expansion - Fantasmic! notwithstanding, Sorcery caused major traffic flow problems during its regular run due to the closure of most of the park for safety (fallout) reasons. And I`m not just talking about a Fantasyland!

Yeah, continuing on that note - seeing that Fantasmic! fills up for every show, it def. is enough for the studios.
