Not exactly. It does say that, however there is no one patrolling and there is no security checkpoint except for the Cast Entrances. People cut through there all the time to get to 535 and i've seen plenty of lost tourists back there.

I worked at the MK all summer as a CT (seasonal cast member). If you are a curious guest who wants to see what it's like backstage, it's a very easy thing to do, especially in the parks. I saw guest almost everyday sneak backstage. There aren't any doors or fences keeping people from doing this, only little signs saying "Cast only please". Take my word for it, if your a magic lover DON'T go back there. Curiosity does kill the cat and the Magic.
