Saturday was crazy. We left after 2 hours. :dazzle:
It was surprisingly packed. We got there later in the afternoon like 3 or so and stayed through until after Wishes like 9pm or so. Seemed like it was finally dying down about the time we were leaving.

That's one of the wings of the new Dumbo attraction. :)

Wow, really? Is it just me or does it look like there is a lot of work left on Dumbo? I was hoping that was an old structure that needed to be taken down!

The train station looks great though, night and day from the original!

I think there is 4-6 weeks left.

Just watched the new Kevin Yee video from MiceChatter and he said it looked like something from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and I went  You are so completely and irrevocably correct! I reminds me of the ACME warehouse, but as someone said above, I can see it as a roundhouse too...

It is supposed to be a roundhouse to go with the Casey Jr. water play area...[/IMG].
Yep, it's a roundhouse.
If built according to plan, it will have "tracks" leading from the Casey Jr. to the roundhouse and also down towards the back path to TL.

Some Spirit is having fun at your expense down on our new and hugely popular FP thread (yes, another) and you be up here talking about Fantasyland.

~That was some good country eating!~

looks great! is the Casey Jr. water play area supposed to be open in March also?

Oh and is the "not so secret, secret walkway" from the old Toon Town to TL be accessible in March also?

I dont want to be negative ned here because the building does look great with the brick and all. BUT, the building looks neither fantasy nor circus or am i missing something?

Hopefully some sort of place-setting. I have my own thoughts of what they may be up to but first I will wait to see if I am correct or not.

What I will say is I think the new building will be partly for mundane guest services similar to the MSUSA version plus restrooms and lockers perhaps.

BUT there is great potential for a backstory and the who, what, where, when etc etc for the station and circus existing in a specific moment in time. The question for me right now is what geographic location the station is representing and what point in history.

The suspense increases.

Yes, there is suspense here!

The station looks fantastic already, and almost as good as your new Theme Building avatar jt!

I still think you need to wait until you see the finished product. This is one area I have been skeptical.

oh i for one will wait til they are finished to reserve judgement but since i don't want or like a circus themed environment the best they could get out of me would be "wow they did a much better job with this then i guessed they would" though i'll still wish it was themed to something else.
