Here are just a few photos from a huge picture update of the entire central florida theme park area. It wasn't the best weather day(very hazy), but I still managed to get a few good shots. The rest of the photos will be up later.

Great pics! Thanks, guys!

Something I noticed in the second pic... There appears to be two new footers poured between the two tents, on the access road side. (in the pic they're at the edge of the smaller tent, next to what appears to be a couple electric transformers) This area has always been where I've presumed that the back corner of the Mermaid building will be visible from inside Storybook Circus, when looking between the two tents.

I previously surmised that they could either theme the part of the building visible to look like part of the Circus area, or put something in between the tents to block it. Perhaps these footers are for the latter...

Even with the haze they are still good pictures. Thanks Scuttle.

There are a lot off people on site there and it still seems to go slow.
But paving is not only going down at the circus site but now also at the fairy tail site.
They gone need those 4 weeks still left.

Has anybody got a clue what the brackets are on the site of seven dwarfs??

Scuttle, love the shear volume of picture you take! Lot to study.

As for the brackets, they look to thin to be structural. I am guessing that they might be frames to hold the forms for concrete footings.

Tell me about it. I haven't really had a chance to sit down and look at them yet and I'm stuck at work all night. Please post anything you guys notice that's worth mentioning.

on closer inspection I noticed a few things

1. Scuttle is awesome
2. Jaws is going away fast
3. I'm stupidly excited

Count me as "stupidly excited" as well! Can't wait for this to all come together!

And thanks Scuttle - really enjoyed this set of pictures!

If you follow the link to Scuttle's page there is a close up photo of the 2 tents with the mermaid building and it shows a new steel frame being erected on the back of the mermaid building behind the area you described above. It looks as though this may have something to do with hiding the building.

on the concept art, it looks kinda like a gate made of rockwork to the backstage

Awesome job, it really is coming along. Glad to see that the Mine Coaster has a foundation.

VERY COOL!!! I am also stupidely excited!!!

Does anyone know when LM and BatB should be open (I am sure this has been discussed somewhere before in another thread, but I missed it).

If we plan a trip around Halloween, are they gonna be open?

Anyone else notice the center "spindle" has been put in place for the second (old) Dumbo? As many have speculated, the old one may make it back for the opening in March.

Are they still planning on putting in the third tent in Circusland? I imagine it will be put in last so that they will still have construction access, but the curbing doesn't look like it's shaped the way I'd expect if another building were going there.
