The concept art shows an entrance on the front of the tent between the two spinners which is where I assume you will enter from, then when it is your turn you will go under the blue arms to get on the ride.
Based on the ride's plans, there is no entrance in the middle. Entry will be through the two blue "arms". The west arm would be stand-by, the right Fastpass.
(That doesn't mean that the spinners will be that way, as it appears that the queues will merge in the middle, and then go to the two spinners.)

Cool, thanks! But I thought jt meant that there were pictures from inside the train station.

No, sorry if I created that impression. But I am very encouraged by some of the exterior details which are light-years beyond the previous train station. Unfortunately it seems as though we may have to wait an additional couple weeks to find out exactly what the train station is all about. It must have some motivation for its appearence and reason for its existance. Hmmm, what could it be?

Somewhere in space and time.

Wait? FP? I thought it was determined that Dumbo was going to use the queueless system. When did this change?

I know nothing about a fully "queueless" Dumbo.
The plans show the eastern queue leading almost directly into the loading area for the ride. The western queue leads into the large main tent area. It is my guess that this main tent will be some unusual sort of queue system, but which will not prevent the use of a seperate Fastpass/Xpass line.

I'm guessing midway games and merchandise. I'm setting the over under at 3.5 for the # of cash registers underneath the big top.

The motivation for it's appearence is a 30's style train station/roundhouse which is when Dumbo was set and Dumbo's circus arrived in town by train. Not sure what more you are looking for?

How much of this expansion is really an expansion...that was not part of the grotto and toontown?

The Little Mermaid attraction takes up approximately the space that the 20K Leagues show building did.

The Mine Train is approximately where the 20K lagoon was, plus a bit of walkway from Fantasyland.

Belle's cottage, village and the Be Our Guest restaurant was all unused backstage space (with some of the village going slightly into the backstage sub parking area from 20K).

The old Ariel's Grotto is the space between Belle's cottage and where the old Dumbo was, which is mostly landscaping now (and presumably stroller parking and extended queue for the Belle Meet & Greet/storytime experience.

Barnstormer and two of the tents did not move. New Dumbo was mostly open space/walkway areas within Toontown Fair, with a little bit they took from the re-configured final turn of the Speedway.

Noone's quite sure what's going in the area NE of the large tent, where Mickey's house and M&G tent were.

I think all the talk of the "electronic feather" has made people believe the queueless concept.

I'm just speculating out loud for the fun of it. I think your timeframe is possible but the geography still seems a mystery. Where is it and what brought the train to town? A summer fair, celebrating the fall harvest or something else?

:veryconfu

I am asking rhetorically because Disney is obviously being a bit secretive about this. But the possibilities are exciting.

The train came to town to bring the circus, that's how circuses back then (and sometimes still today) got from place to place.

I remember meeting circus trains as a kid in the 1950's and watching the elephants and some of the other animals walking up the streets to where they would set up the tents and conduct the show. Unfortunately, the only thing we will get to see come off the trains here will be more guests.

Where have I seen a two tone yellow circus tent before???

And where have I seen a spinner over a water basin in front of said two tone yellow circus tent before??

Now, if Disney only did a Casey Jr train ride in the sky, WDW would have it's own Seuss Landing... Although I guess Barnstormer is a better trade off...

I kid, I kid... I think Storybook Circus is going to look just finer when completed...

Well, there was also the fact that in the original D23 Expo reveal of the Expansion touched on Dumbo having "no queue"...

(Of course I'm sure someone will inevitably point out that this announcement also included the Cinderella and Aurora M&G's and Pixie Hollow, and thus plans can and do change....)
