I read somewhere that The Living Seas is soon to become The Seas With Nemo and Friends, that could be a reason for printing new maps right?

I read this too...the whole living seas is to be renamed this and the ride itself will be named Nemo's Undersea Adventure.

Yep, its true. The Living Seas is being renamed to The Seas with Nemo and Friends and the new attraction is going to be called Nemo's Undersea Adventure.

They could say "Technology Showcase"

It's really saying the same thing as "Exhibits" is but it sounds fancier.

Yep, they have both the green and orange descriptions and the single riders option was removed from both Mission: SPACE and Soarin'.

I must have missed it but when did they change DAK and MK's. Last update I heard of was adding the "Pirates" cover to MK's map, I didnt know they changed the size.

I believe the map change started in late May/early June. I remember having my dad pick up a set of all four older style maps before they went through with the change while he was at work one day.
