my opinion spain... and I'm feeling like I wanna dissect the choices.. lol

Australia- yeah.. that'd be cool

China- slick....

Iraq- NO

Switzerland- NO. Germany, Italy, and France are already there.. and that's 3 of the countries that share a border with Switzerland.

Argentina- YES!!!!

Bahamas- no.... no. no no no no no. Why should you have a pavilion for a country that is essentially a puppet of the US and is accesible to Orlando via a 30 minute flight. No

Barbados- no... why should an island with a total area less than 500km, a total population of less than 300,000, and no indigenous inhabitants get a pavilion. Albeit their per capita income is high for the region ($14,500), their economy is not growing (in fact last year, it reported a 1% decrease), which makes me wonder how they could afford to sponsor a pavilion.

Egypt- YES

India- YES

Fiji- NO

Sweden- Norway already represents all of Scandinavia in the World Showcase

Thailand- errr... maybe

Argentena- you already gave this option, and you previously had it correctly spelled

Brazil- YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!

I'd like to see a mini World Showplace with several island nations represented.

My number one choice would be Brazil and or a combination of South American countries though.

I would also like to see India, Greece, Austrailia (rather see it in AK), and Egypt.

To quote Joe Rohde, the problem with Australia in AK is that "most of the indigenous animals are nocturnal and the size of a basketball."

It's a great way to make money. Pay $20 to play BB with an animal as the ball. (IN NO WAY AM I SUGGESTING THIS ACTUALLY HAPPEN.)

I am also with the Greece pavillion idea. You have so much scope for attractions and buildings etc. But if I had to pick from the list I would go with Egypt.

I say Egypt, India or Brazil, in that order of preference.

The world showcase is already euro-centric so we don't need anymore countries from Europe proper.

Egypt is my first choice although Morocco already (at least partially) provides some Middle Eastern culture. The pavillion could be based off the pyramids somehow.

India and Brazil would be better choices from a diversity stand-point...I don't believe there are any South American countries and India has one of the largest populations in the world...Taj Mahal for the pavillion would be perfect.

I chose Egypt. I think pyramids with tunnels to different chambers inside would be really cool.

I do like the Brazil "carnivale" idea. They need a South American representative. That or Argentina.
Also the Australia aboriginal culture idea.
And the Greece idea.

An African country would be the most needed and diverse one, plus it would fit into the area they already have reserved for it b/w China and Germany.

We need something Caribbean for Epcot (no Mexico's not caribbean). Plus they can advertise their cruise line.

:D  I thought I would be the only person making a claim for a Cuban Pavilion.....there are many ways of doing one....cause Cuba has a rich culture and history. But I think we will never see CUBA at EPCOT. :(

Then again...you could always follow the myth thats out there which paints Cuba as the reminents of the ancient isle of Atlantis. :lookaroun

My vote has and will always be with Spain...followed by Greece...then Brazil.

BTW Iraq...at first sounds like a dumb choice....but Iraq is a country with rich ancient history too (ex. Babylon)...but we'll probably never see Iraq at EPCOT either.

There is already one African country (Morocco). Epcot still has two continents with no representation--South America and Australia (I'm not counting Antartica).

I would have to say Spain because my friend used to live there and when I took her to WDW last year she was upset that they didn't have her country. Not like she was throwing a fit or anything, she just wondered why they didn't have it.:)

I say Greece too. Being greek I may be biased, but honestly, with the architecture, food, and history of the country, how could you go wrong. Not to mention the movie tie-in...Hercules.:p

On the list: Defiantly THAILAND-Thailand has great food and they have China and Japan, which are great, but compared to other cultures they could have from Asia those too are similar. Thailand could have the golden temples or something as their "buildings".

Not on list: Defiantly GREECE-Greece has awsome architecture and food and culture. They could have the parthenon or somthing and then the rest could be the white/blue of the Greek Isles. Plus they could have a ride with the gods/myths.

First choice would definitely be Russia, followed by Poland (even though Poland would be boring - good food).

From your list, I like Egypt, but I feel the theming may be close to Morocco. I would also love to see Brazil, but I think the awe insipring sight of the pyramids ever so slighty edges it out for my pick.

My choice is Egypt, then Brazil. The pyramids would be a great centerpiece of the pavillion, but Mexico already has a pyramid temple as its centerpiece. (Although any archaeologist or anthropologist would tell you that they are different types of pyramids.) It would be neat to include the Sphinx or the Nile, but the latter may be a bit difficult.

Australia, I always felt, would be better suited as a land within AK rather than restricting it to a pavillion in WS.

Greece and Spain have great potential, but WS already has more countries from Europe than any other continent.

Most of these countries would be great, but current space restrictions only allow for a couple more countries. Perhaps another area can be cleared for more countries. I have no idea where, but Disney Imagineers can find a way (hopefully without demolishing current attractions). :xmas:
