So with the roof still being exposed plywood, I would assume without it being watertight they have not begun drywall inside...Usually the structure is completely sealed from the elements before that starts...
So I am assuming the interior is still at studs and concrete floor...
And they are advertising about hiring? Must be for another location in the area...

No they were hiring for this location. So it’s a little confusing bc it doesn’t look like it will be done anytime in the near future.

Anybody been down there recently in the evening? How lively is the place these days? Lots of people watching the entertainment?
This is my third night here. The Boardwalk has plenty of foot traffic, lovely music, and best of all, so far the jump ropers are not here tonight, for which I'm exceedingly grateful. Their routine was fine to watch once. Having it right under my balcony got old, fast.
