New Enhancements, Dining Options Coming to Disney’s BoardWalk

There are very few tables there. I had commented earlier that abracadabar seating is often filled with people eating pizza that they get from the walk up window.

I like going up to the neat little lounge in the Boardwalk Inn (that they might be ruining right now) and then going and sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch to eat.

They make a very splendid Manhattan up there!

Abracadabar has some really good bartenders and if you order off menu and let them spread their wings a little, you might be surprised!

Table umbrellas would be nice. I don't think old bakery had indoor seating either, more of a grab and go.
It was definitely grab and go. The Boardwalk could use more indoor seating food locations... The Brewery thing is small, The Sports bar is closed which leaves the Italian and the Flying Fish... Glad the Cake Shop will have indoor seating.

I know its not actual food but abracadabar does offer small bar food and a tiny bit of seating.. Granted you're 100% correct.

It's a bar... with expensive nibbles.... And there are times that it is enough, but sometimes you want a little more...something casual like Deli or diner...and you might want to sit while you eat...perhaps in a less humid, cooler environment... Deli is a great idea, but you need someplace to sit and eat... I don't think the Abracadabar wants people getting a sandwich at the deli and taking up their bar tables... though I feel certain if everyone en-mass starts getting Deli sandwiches and taking them up to the lounge or lobby to eat them, they will be finding some seating pretty quickly...

They've brightened things up, new display cases, digital menu boards. A soft refurb.

if this was truly inspired by a northeastern deli, it's missing:

copies of the post, daily news, and/or newsday that everyone reads for free while they're waiting
a (somehow) still-functioning neon mets budweiser sign from the late 1980's
a signed picture by an obscure early '90s yankees star (like kevin maas. bonus points for mike gallego)
one very angry man making bacon, egg, and cheeses, while three girls you kinda knew in high school talk about what they did last night
