Boo, do you have any details on the music or the specifics of the Tag ending here? Is it the same as "We Go On" except a different song?
ROE will remain as it it shown today. The "We Go On" secion will be untouched. When that ends they will jump right into the Holiday Tag section with Walter Cronkite narration which is the "Let There Be Peace On Earth" finally from the old Holiday Illuminations. The piece lasts about 4 minutes and as Speck76 there will be around 800 pieces.

Its probally the 24th, like all of the other Holiday events
None of the holiday events end on the 24th.

I'm 99% sure based on what has happened every year since Illuminations began that the last holiday showing will be on Dec 30th. On the 31st a New Year's Eve version always takes place. (usually twice) It could be possible for the first showing on New Year's to be Holiday, but the second showing that night is NOT going to be holiday. It will be a New Year's Eve version with a countdown. From every year in the past, Holiday Illuminations has not come back in Jan.

You are correct. It runs 11/26 through 12/30.

Confirmed from Disney Press Site...

"World Showcase at Epcot presents international holiday lore and legends during the Holidays Around the World celebration, from Nov. 26-Dec. 30."

That should confirm it. :)

I wonder if they will put some sort of light decoration on spaceship earth ... like those projection images earlier this year.
That would be a really good idea! Comeon Disney execs reading this!! ;)

If the upcoming test goes well, the Spaceship Earth display will be much better that a laser ring.
I think what they were talking about was the projections that were put onto SSE after the July 4th Illuminations. I didn't see them up close, but they looked AWESOME from the Cast Services parking lot!
