Why do you always seem to feel the need to be so consistently disrespectful and condescending to other posters here? They made a valid point, that soon you won't be able to hear the work of a prolific voice actor in the parks anymore. Literally nowhere did they say that they thought the show should stay due to this. They simply pointed out that it's sad in a way, which it is.

Thank you, if only I could like this post a thousand times. That's exactly the point I was making :) I'm a little bemused as to why they misconstrued it and twisted it just to be rude.

Because it has almost nothing to do with them closing this show. I don't care who voiced who at this point I really don't and I bet you 99.9% of the general public doesn't either. If you want cry about dead voice actors go do it in general discussion where I'm sure they'd love that thread.

Ah, there's the mature response I expected. It actually does have a lot to do with the closing of the show. The closing of the show is literally leading to what they were talking about. Nobody was crying about anything. He pointed out a fact. Besides, there was a decent amount of media coverage when the voice of the most recognizable brand figure in the world passed away, so I would say a decent chunk of the general public cared.

That's great for you that you don't care about the legacy of a Disney Legend. I'm happy for you, I really am. Just maybe, though, some people do, and that's also okay.

Honestly, i haven't been on this website for a long time but once i saw what had happened here, i had to comment. This thread is about the new show. However, now it is about arguing over a voice actor. I understand that the post was shared as a observation on the loss of Wayne's work in the park and showing respect to him although we have seen a loss in his work many times before so its not a shock and we should allow change. I do think it is rude and disrespectful that someone is trying to counter argue this and troll on these forums. Yes this is a place for sharing your opinion, but don't be nasty to others.

She is however featured in the new DLP show Forest of Enchantment. The lead performer for that show sings "Touch the Sky" while Merida runs around shooting targets with her bow and arrow. It's basically all you can do with the property in a musical revue show, but it works.

Yeah, it's a stretch. Merida sings it herself in HKDL's new Mickey and the Wondrous Book show. It's not really a good song though - I can see why it and she were left out of the castle show.

I actually wonder if they could do the same as tangled.. the mime is pretty much an inflatable like suit.
Louis could be similar to that design and not that heavy.

I don't think they'd do an inflatable for the stage show. The articulated Oggie Boogie did very well for MNSSHP so I imagine Louis would be a similar set up.

Great show idea to transition between Walt's MSUSA and Fantasyland. I hope in the long term through that the fab five are never seen past the castle walls. In other words, Philharmagic needs an eviction notice.
