Got through and at around 11:48 PM, I was shown availability for October 14th. I was able to select 2:30 PM, but I didn't complete the booking because I wanted to change the date. Afterward, the availability button disappeared, and I was no longer able to make a reservation.

From what I see they took it down for maintenance and now haven't loaded the Bleak and Quarrel reservations yet

You have to use "make dining reservations" and search by all restaurants/ filter them by property

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Currently reservations can be made at other dining locations. Beak and Barrel shows sold out for all dates.
