Just got my copy of Mickey Monitor for February and the new EPCOT VP is announcing new perks for Annual Passholders.

First is a new Passholder only Lounge at the Land pavilion. It is open from 11am to 7pm during February, March, and April.

The second is VIP viewing area for Illuminations RoE. The reserved area is directly across from the Italian showcase, and is first come, first serve. You must show your AP to gain access to the viewing area.

Cool!:sohappy:

LOL KK stuff

I am also wondering what they will do if someone like myself has an AP and meets some friends at EPCOT and they only have hoppers. Will they not be allowed in to either area? While I can see how this could pose a problem, I would hate to leave my friends outside, while I am relaxing in the lounge. :p

I wonder if they turned the Nestle lounge for the corporate mebers of the company to the AP club. If they did, it should be nice. I say they should put a Club 33 on WDW. Even though it costs an arm and a leg to get in there.

I'd like to know what KK is too!

From what a friend told me, AP Holders will be allowed to have 3 guests with them at the Lounge in the Land.

Yes, the corporate lounge is the location for new AP lounge. Very nice place. Overlooks the marketplace, and some of the boat ride. Mickey even showed up!

The lounge is very quiet and they have set up an activity area for the children. I will try to get back there and get some pictures.

I did ask the host about restrictions. He indicated that as long as an AP holder escorted day guests, all people in a party would be permited in the lounge. Of course, this may change if the policy is abused....

I'll check out the lounge next week! I've watched Illuminations from that spot many times! I'll see how crowded it is now.

BTW, the monitor was very careful to say PASSHOLDER throughout the article, not annual passholder. My interpretation was that these benefits are also extended to seasonal passholders.

The Host actually asked if I was an Annual or Seasonal. The perks are for both, but I guess they want to keep track.

i have a seasonal pass and i received the monitor, as do several of my friends, so i would think it would apply to seasonal passholders as well.

Good they are extending the benefits to all of the AP classes. Remember the confusion with the last AP lounge and the stuff with the passholder pins? Utter confusion!:dazzle:
