Okay, I assume that the fry cart was a direct hint at the location of the new Frontierland attraction. I also assume that the Skyway station is involved in the Fantasyland addition.
Frontierland: There's not much room there unless they go past the railroad tracks. I hope to god that this isn't an off the shelf experience, although I fear that it is. Maybe it's a petting zoo (they brought one back at DL)?
Fantasyland: I have no idea what could go by the Skyway station. Maybe a restaurant? They could put something in the space next to the Small World and Haunted Mansion show buildings, but this project probably isn't big enough for something like that.
Bottom line...who knows?
