It will have a separate food court, though whether or not it will share buses w/ Classic Years remains less clear at this point.

My guess is that it'll have a bus setup similar to the All-Stars. During peak times each resort will get its own bus, but in off-peak hours they'll share a bus route. The other good thing is that like with the All-Stars, if one resort has a huge line and the other one doesn't, you can take the other bus and walk back to your room.

I didn't know that they had about 1/2 the hotel just sitting around waiting to be built or finshed! That's just crazy! The things you learn everyday when you think you've heard almost all of it. . . :dazzle:

Well, as I understand it, there are only three buildings already built - and those are just skeletons. If they plan on making suites, they can just leave those as normal rooms and build the other 7+ buildings as suites. Do they really need 10 buildings of suites?

i dont know -it probably depends on how much money they wanna make. however i do think if they do have more suites i think they would be great coz people with a big family will stay in them and if it has kitchen appliances that good coz instead of eating out which would cost alot more they can cook in their room. even i would stay in one if it had a kitchen but not at PC but definatly the all stars!

You can bet that the 20's, 30's, and 40's buildings will have a distinctly Disney theme - Steamboat Willie, Snow White, Bambi, etc. I heard the 20's area would have a giant Monopoly board, too. Not sure how they would theme the first two decades, that's a bit tougher to predict.

Marni pulling through again with the maps, pics and plans.

I have to agree with what everyone has stated already. My understanding of Phase 2's hault was due to 9/11 and the lack of tourist. This then coincided with the addition of the suites. Will we ever see Phase 2 - I believe so. There has been rumored movement and activity quite often in that area.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. I believe we will see Phase 2 of Pop Century before we see another All-Star resort.

personaly I think they should finish it. If they don't then many people would not want to go see the lake. If Disney doesn't want to finish it then they need to take it down. The building doesn't look good.

Well here's what i herd from the Bus drivers from when we were down in disney staying at Pop century over spring break... There will be a seperate food area and they were not certain but they all think, that they need a seperate bus station b/c the one they have gets really really crouded during peak times(spring break)- also that Pop Century is not even half built! there around 2,300 rooms if i rember right and the total when it's all complete will come to a grand total of...... 6,000 rooms! yeah folks 6,000 ROOMS! geez that's a lot!!
