Hello, I'd like to make a request to change my name to "West Coast Railway #1829 Rocket "; the quotation marks are not to be part of my name change.

Can I schedule a name change, and let the user know how many times he or she can change their account name? Because I'd like to have my name changed to "Jack Pumpkinhead" (quotation marks not part of name change) on May 8th, 2016.
