Another thread got me thinking about this and I have read about some scavenger hunt ideas but we are going to Disney World second week of December and I want give my 7 year old something else to look for in the parks. I would like for him to have to answer about 10 questions in each park.

Things like...

What does Fred's tombstone say at the Haunted Mansion?

I haven't been in about 15 months and can't remember some of the details at the attractions so if anyone has any good questions that a 7 year old can answer please share!

I really appreciate your help!

If the water cannon at Splash Mountain is running you could also ask, how many boats drop before it blasts the people on the bridge watching? Where was the original center of WDW before DHS, ( formally Disney MGM ) and AK were opened? What is the persons name paged during the TTA ride in MK? And also where are the pirates buring their treasure in POTC? There are so many more, but right now I have to think about what they are.

Thanks! The TTA one will be perfect because my 7yo loves that ride..

While in DHS and you go to muppet 3d, ask them to find the key to the office, it's under the mat the note says so. Then there are hidden Mickeys, if they have the horse drawn trolleys in MK, ask them to find them on the horse. Or the hidden Mickey in HM at the dinner table, if mgnt hasn't removed it again. Then in DHS over by the Indianna Jones show there is a rope set up going down into a dig site, the sign says do not pull rope, but the word not is crossed off, if it's working have them pull the rope and see what you here.

Hidden Mickeys are great too. My buddy told his kids that how ever many hidden mickeys they found they would get a dollar for each one to spend at the end of the trip for souviners. He had 2 kids and they found a hundred.....hahaha.:ROFLOL:

Here are some question ideas per park:

MK:

1. How many "mountains" does MK have?
2. Where can you find the Liberty Bell?
3. Who owns the sword in Fantasy land?
4. Name 5 animals you see on the Jungle Cruise.
5. Name 5 countries that are a part of "Its A Small World."
6. How many ghosts live in the Haunted Mansion?
7. How long is Splash Mountain's biggest drop?

Epcot:

1. What kinds of plants did you see on "Living with the Land"?
2. How many countries are in the World Showcase?
3. How many times does Crush say "dude" in TurtleTalk with Crush?
4. What does EPCOT stand for?
5. How big is the Spaceship Earth globe?

Hidden Mickey's are always a good start for some fun scavenger hunting! :sohappy: And Birnbaum's has a Disney Kids. It is for the child to fill out and complete and for them to read. I know one cool thing is at AK - at Dino-Land, the foot prints roar! That is fun! I hope this helps!!
