Need Planning Spreadsheet Please

Planning a Grand Gathering and have lots of reservations and such to keep up with. Can someone provide me with a handy spreadsheet you use? Thanks!

All I did was open an excel spreadsheet and plug in what times I wanted to be where and what time and where our dinners were. Its not difficult really.
