Need Input on Harry Potter Costume.

My husband wants to dress as Harry Potter for the Halloween Party. I was alittle concerned because of the whole Universal thing. I would love to hear ya'll input on whether you think it is an acceptable costume to wear for the MNSSHP. Thanks.

No worries. I wear a Ghostbusters costume every year and that's Universal. All I got were compliments from CMs and guests.

Yeah, I've seen people in Spongebob outfits, Dr. Suess Thing 1 and Thing 2 costumes, etc....

I remember on my high school band trip in 1996 I wore a Tweety Bird bathing suit up the ski lift. The CM at the top said, "I love your bathing suit! How cute!"

I jokingly said, "Where's your manager?" (I was a smart aleck kid...it's all your fault, Mom!). She laughed and said, "Hey, everyone can appreciate great characters."

I know everyone else told you it would be fine, but I wanted to share that little story, because even though there's always some friendly competitiveness, it all comes down to loving and enjoying good characters.
