Need Help Buying a Book at Disney World

We went back in December and decided not to buy this book:

This must-have coffee table book paints a robust portrait of the Walt Disney World Resort, through vibrant voices and rare Disney theme park concept art,

Figured it was available online, well no luck at all. We probably aren't going back until December of this year but wanted to get this book for our new house. Wondering if there was anybody who is at the parks or going soon that would be willing to buy the book and have Disney ship it to us.

We were at Disney Springs yesterday and could not find the book. World of Disney CM told us the boom is very popular and if their store has any copies those sell first thing in the morning. The CM may have been exaggerating some, but we couldn’t find it.

You can find it online if you are willing to overpay. :)

The book is no longer in print, you wont find it on property from what I understand. The CM mentioned above I dont think knew what they were talking about, world of disney doesnt have it. They usually dont know anything in there when you ask about a product.

Got mine on pre order at Amazon, but IMHO the Orlando Sentinel’s DW at 50 is a better read.

I saw they had some to ship in a couple weeks but then saw a review that someone bought one in November and still haven't received it

I put an order in for the book in mid-october of 2021 and got it a week before Thanksgiving. I had placed a pre-order for it on Amazon in February 2021 and it never came. I finally cancelled the Amazon order when the one from Books a Million arrived. There were a lot of issues with the delivery and issue of this book for some reason on Amazon and other sources. I don't know if it was by the publisher or printer or demand but the release was chaos. If you really want it you might want to order it from Bam, Barnes or Amazon and just take your chances, if it isn't delivered you'll get your $$ back at least.

When this came out back in October, I immediately put in an order on Amazon and a few weeks later, it was cancelled. I looked for this bout in Nov. and Jan when we were on property to no avail. I was cruising Amazon a few weeks ago and it was back so I went ahead and ordered it again, thinking it would never show up. Lo and behold, it has shipped. Good luck in finding it, as it's probably a tough get.

The Sentinel reports out of stock right now but it’s not clear if/when it will come back.

be aware your not buying it from amazon but from a third party seller...which is fine sometimes, but just saying.
