I’m so glad where I was old enough to remember Journey into Imagination and Horizons but yet young enough to not walk into the park one day and notice their absence. Old family video sparked bought them back and I slowly realized that they were gone. I love them and wish they would come back but I put Epcot to rest in my mind. Now that Epcot is officially dead I am able to finally move on from all that and look at it as a good memory. There is nothing more to hang on to there now. Now if we can just get a light parade at the Magic Kingdom I’ll be happy.

I'm not even joking when I say Stitch's Great Escape. It was one of my favorites as bad as it was, and I didn't get to have a "final" visit due to the abrupt closure. My last time on it was ruined by a kid screaming and a CM escorting them out with a flashlight during the dark part.
Perhaps someone can explain to me the general dislike for this attraction? It certainly wasn't the greatest thing Disney has ever opened, but it was effective for what it was supposed to be. Much moreso than Monsters Inc. across the street. Of the three attractions that have occupied that space, it was easily my favorite.

Alien Encounter. I remember watching the promos for the new attraction and couldnt wait for the trip to experience it in person. After going through it the first time I remember thinking... WOW, Disney has finally brought something that excites and thrills more than anything Ive ever done in a park. THIS IS GREAT!! I cant remember how many repeat times I had but it was many. When it was shut down I was heartbroken. They simply could/ should have put in better signage with more descriptive warnings and an age limit as they do a height limit to restrict those younger children and parents who couldnt handle it.

My most missed attractions are all musical acts. Off Kilter and Mulch, Sweat & Shears. The Off Kilter stage area went through a few different acts afterwards, some of which were people from both bands such as Alberta Bound, Canadian Holiday Voyageurs etc. This was always nice to see. Mulch is worse for me as the Studios just seems very empty without them. The Great Movie Ride is also very badly missed. The park just doenst have the same level of interaction for me that it used to. Marie

For me it’s Spectromagic, not only because of the awesome creative units and the music that shook the ground and went right thru you and could make a grown man choke up but. Spectromagic has been there thru every stage of my life and probably seen it with almost every family member and closest friend I have ever had. It’s also my first ever Disney memory and for me is that tied all the feeling and emotions I had for the Magic Kingdom together. It was the highlight of my day and the one part of the day I could enjoy and wind down to at the same time. Nothing could beat hearing Jimminy Crickets voice over the speaker giving you that warm feeling you may get around Christmas time seeing the decorations and hearing the music. Spectromagic delivered that feel at least for me and I think I can say many others. Of course there’s Horizons and original Imagination but I only have only one or 2 good memories with those rides and for me I’ve missed all versions of a Illuminations but Spectro has been there for everything.
OMG YES!!!!

And Illuminations for the same reasons.

Soarin 1.0 was a near-perfect attraction for me and is far superior in every way to Soarin 2.0. I miss the smells flying over the orange grove and it was one of my absolute favorite rides. 2.0 has no such claim on my heart and I wish they would revert it back- I don't care if the film was fuzzy- the magic was real.
