This is her 3rd time going to Disney World, but this is the first time she is old enough to really engage in everything.

It will be her birthday while she is there (Mid/Late June) so I want to send her off with a care package full of personalized accessories, car ride activities and in-park essentials (waterbottle, fan etc.)

I looked on Pinterest but I didn't really find anything worth making.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I just made one of these for each of my kids for Christmas for our trip in January.. My daughter's box had sunscreen, sun glasses, mickey luggage tag, mickey fruit snacks, a princess watch (shocked, she wore it the entire time), $10 Disney gift card just so she had her own $$, disposable camera, princess color-on-the-go (it was a little coloring kit found it targets dollar section) a deflated beach ball for pool, princess water bottle, a homemade shirt with her name & Minnie iron on (homemade for the entire fam)Jake & pireates game for leap pad

There was more but I cant remember. I got a lot of it in target in discount section.

Cute idea: Here are some ideas we get our 4yr son:

  • Those glow necklaces or bracelets for night time fun....
  • Autograph book
  • sunglasses
  • stickers/sticker books.
  • stuffed mickey/minnie etc..
  • her own little bag
  • a roll of quarters/pennies for the press machines around the World.
  • Classic Disney cartoons (Walmart had Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers Series for $10)
  • Make her, her own CD with classic Disney songs from the movies
  • Mickey Mouse band aids/soap-Target.

We are going in September for my daughter's 5th birthday. I ordered her a bag and crayon roll out of princess fabric off of Etsy. I gave it to her for Easter. She has been "packing" it everyday for Disney. :) Also, if you can find her the magnetic paper doll sets that they sell of the princesses or whatever characters she likes those are awesome! Between those and books, my daughter never asked for the tv on the 10 hour trip until it got too dark to play or read.

I would be cautious putting her name on backpacks or t-shirts, but I'm paranoid like that.

We made Minnie-Mouse t-shirts for our last trip and I thought they came out pretty cute! Here's a good picture of them. They guys said they wouldn't wear Mickey shirts if we made them, so we made ours pink!

I agree with the glow sticks/bracelets/necklace/wands, etc. You can often get these in the dollor section at Target or Michaels.

I agree about not putting a child's name on a t-shirt or backpack.
Makes it easier for something bad to happen if she were to get lost in the parks, if a stranger can address her by name.
