What a sweetheart! Thanks for the picture. My two - K.C. and C.K. say welcome. C.K. thinks the only way the computer works is to be in my lap while I'm working on it... :hammer:

Very cute kitty. I have 2 cats. One is 7 and is named Minnie Mouse. The other is just over one and is named Tinker Bell (and she sure lives up to her name.)

I love cats....there are dog people and cat people that's it. Kinda like Vanilla vs. chocolate. IMO cat people tend to be more caring loving and understanding. But I'm sure lots would disagree on this one.

Aww! And will they be visiting each other? Kittens tend to be a lot less trouble and easier to take care of when they are together.

She's really beautiful. Congratulations!

I love cats AND dogs myself. What I really like about cats is that you truly have to earn their respect and love, vs dogs who tend to love you no matter what. And that's the exact reason a lot of people do NOT like cats

THAT is a cute kitty! Congrats! My animals are both starting to get old...my cat, Salem, says 'hello' in his old man voice (he's 13) and my 13 year-old puppy, Casey, says...well he's asleep lol. I'm ready for my next puppy :D My problem with cats stems from allergies--I've grown used to Salem over the years (actually, if you get a cat as a young kitten, you most likely won't be allergic to it--this worked for my sister with her two littermates, Mickey and Dolly, and it worked for me with all three of em!), so I don't get allergies from him, but new cats are always a problem. The rats at work haven't set off my allergies...any rat or other rodent owners out there? Outside of the rodents, I am quite partial to spunky ferrets...

I have heard that about allergies! A few of our highly allergic friends have gradually grown immune to our cats over the past few years. Other kitties still cause them to flare up. I think that is so interesting.

Tinks says "what's up Belle...how YOU doin?" HeHe
My kitty was subconsciously named after my favorite Disney Character...Tinkerbell.

PS: He's not that furry anymore.

somehow if we are exposed the the dander as the cat starts releasing it, our body doesn't create an allergic reaction to it--but only that particular cat. I'm guessing if we get a full dose, our body freaks out, but if we get a small dose at first (from a kitten), our bodies just grow okay with the small amount and that passive reaction to that specific dander type just continues. It's nice though :)

Aw, I'm sorry. If it's only been 4 weeks, maybe there is still hope.

Hopefully Belle will be a little less adventurous!

Such cute cats. I have two myself. They both just turned a year old last month. My Bengal is named Leia, my Siamese is named Taun We.

Thanks Erika... im still hoping.. but he was a really friendly cat so chances are he has another (hopefully loving) home.
Sure hope he does. While many will disagree, ours are stictly indoor cats,to prevent just this. Studies have shown indoor cats are just as content as ones that roam outside; certainly they stay healthier and live longer.

Ours are indoor cats too, though they all began as strays. Of the 3, only one ever tries to sneak out, and that's just to get grass. So we bring it in for her. Problem solved :)

I know a lot of people do let their cats roam, and that's their choice. It doesn't mean they love them any less. But I see too many horrors at my shelter to allow that. I would be worried all the time. :(

My kitty has been living with me for 2 1/2 years now and he's getting gutsy. He'll go in the garage now and sit at the front door. Sometimes I get worried he'll run. He'd never make it, he's such a chicken. LOL
