Trip Report My Hauntingly Live Trip Report

Good morning everyone. Just arrived this morning. All checked in at GF (to our surprise we were given a room with a view of the castle)!

On the resort monorail to TTC then on to Epcot. FPs loaded on our magic bands.

Dinner tonight at Narcoossees followed by a fireworks boat cruise from our resort!

It was time to check our harnesses again as we were about to do our first close up with hippos! Madelyn was a little nervous, but so were several adults in the group.

Our CMs were Josh and Frank. There were great. It was the first time they worked together, but you would have never know it by how well they interacted. It was only the third tour for Frank. Josh has been doing them for almost three years.

We were met by a CM who told us about the hippos and did a feeding.

After a short walk through the woods, we climbed stairs to hook up our harnesses for a walk over the crocs. This was so cool!

Brayden was excited to be wearing the harness. Like many 10 year old boys, he is obsessed with the military. He said he felt like a Navy SEAL. The harnesses weighed 7 pounds, so after about an hour, he realized how hard it is on those in the military who carry this type of equipment and then some!

This was the bridge over the crocs! I had the honor of going first.

Maddy was up next.

Then it was Brayden's turn.

Its nice being able to sit in one location for awhile and watch the animals.

Yay coach!!! I am so excited for your trip report!!! I just got all caught up. You have the most adorable family! You guys are so happy it just makes me happy reading!
Loving that you are at the GF! It looks like GF got rid of the bedspread??? The beds look so much nicer now!!!We were there in August and they still had them.
What building are you staying in? Did the kids just love the fountains in the courtyard pool?
Have lots of fun! Looking forward to reading!!

The trek looks like it was really awesome. Definitely something to consider trying at some point. Awesome that you were able to see Wishes from Cali Grill...always nice to be up there for that. Can't wait to read more.
