Hey, I'm Tim and I have been reading these forums for a while, and I just now finally decided to become a member because I wanted to share a funny experience I had at Epcot with you guys.
I was at WDW this February, and my cousin and myself were in France at Epcot looking for something French (obviously, haha) to get our French teacher for extra credit. We picked out this cool picture, and I got in line to pay for it. At the cash register was this beautiful blonde 22-24ish-year-old French woman and this older American man who was helping her learn the ropes. She kept telling him thank you for helping her, and he kept blushing as it was obvious he was attracted to her. Which she was oblivious too. Well I get up to the line, with my female cousin behind me, and the French girl checks me out, NO LIE! And then suddenly out of no where she asks me if I was busy later on!! My jaw dropped, my cousin's jaw dropped, and to make matters worse my mom walked into the store just in time to here her! The man with her turned BEET red, glared at me, and the scolded her that she can't ask guests out. The French women kept looking at me, and I was in such a state of shock that I didn't know what to do. The French woman even tried to give me a discount!!!! I picked up my bag and left, leaving the man bickering at her.
Later on I realized that I could've gone on a date with an incredibly good-looking early 20's French woman. And here's the catch, I was only 17 at the time, a month a way from being 18. That kind of thing gives a guy an ego boost haha. My French teacher told me I am exactly what French women like after I told her the story. haha. :lol:
