My Disney Experience website having a bad day?

Ok, i'm not exactly technically inclined here, and am just getting to know the whole fastpass+ and mymagic and stuff and what its all about. I just want to get this straight, my Disney experience is an app for my phone, or is it also a website? Again, im new to all this, so thanks for the help and patience.

Website for planning at home, App for when you are in the parks.

Wow. Whats your secret ? I've tried IE and Mozilla and still can't see squat. I've also tried clearing my history and cookies. I can see reservations using the old version of the site.

Works fine for me in Firefox (v22)....aside for the other day.

I notice that today the MDE site is loaded with links to MB and FP+ info, and a promise that some guests will be involved in testing in coming months. I still have to sign in every time, but otherthan that it seem sto be running smoother -FOR NOW

I'm starting to wonder about you guys. I've never had one problem and I've been in there checking/rescheduling reservations and whatnot for more than three months.

I've had such trouble getting my dining reservations. Every morning I log on and then it logs me back off the next day. That, and I get an annoying error message just about every day.


I think I had to log in every day, but I didn't consider that to be a problem. I just clicked a couple of times and I was back in. Interesting. I don't find that to be a problem, but I'm getting told in the refrigerator thread that I shouldn't care that something I paid for is no longer going to be a part of my room.

BTW, I'm not belittling your issues. Just saying I haven't had any problems.

I've been logging into MDE sporadically ever since they released it to the general public and daily since I made my reservations about 1.5 months ago. The other day was the first time that I've ever gone more than an hour or so without it being able to pull up my plans. So all-in-all it's actually worked quite well for me. Just the one 18 hour SNAFU.

I mostly hate how slow and horrible it is to navigate. Sometimes it has trouble pulling up reservations and stuff like that, but that doesn't bother me as much as how many clicks it takes me to make said reservations and how long it takes to load them. UGH.
